Installation Instructions:
1) Create a new directory for it such as c:\getradar.
2) Download getradar_full.zip
3) Use Winzip to unzip the file in the same directory.
4) Use explorer to drag the getradar.exe file onto your desktop.
5) Just double click the desktop icon when you want to run getradar.
6) optionally you may want to create some sub directories
for data and processed images:
c:\getradar\download
- Put downloaded images here.
c:\getradar\out
- Put processed images here.
